About the Artist

Originally from upstate New York,  Diane viewed the landscape of the east coast from the family station wagon, as her father's job relocated the family each school year.  In 1970, the family settled  in a suburb outside Philadelphia.

She returned to New York to attend Elmira College and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.  She worked as a music journalist for over a decade, and continued as a published writer for many years.

In 2009, her first novel was underway,  research was necessary for the main character, a photographer.  Diane found herself back in a darkroom, her love and passion for photography reignited from her childhood.  She studied photography at Project Basho in Philadelphia, while also integrating weekly lectures at the International Center of Photography in New York.

Today, Diane resides in Lansdale, PA., well rooted in the town for over a decade. Her body of work includes:  landscape, urban exploration, travel, nudes, and music photography.  She uses a dslr camera as well as recapturing her love of film, with a Holga camera, using medium format film.

Diane is available for family and individual portraits,  events, boudior, glamour and nude photography.  Diane is available as a speaker for music photography and urban exploration.
